The HPC Pond Pledge is a household commitment that enables us to become better stewards of our pond and environment.

1. REGULARLY MAINTAIN SEPTIC AND SUPPORT SEWERING : I commit to having my septic tank pumped every 2 to 3 years and to support town sewering efforts.
2. USE MORE ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING PRODUCTS : I commit to decreasing or eliminating phosphate-containing cleaning products.
3. EMBRACE CAPE-FRIENDLY LAWN AND LANDSCAPING : I will include more native plants and trees, eliminate invasive species, minimize landscape watering and avoid using fertilizer and pesticides.
